Seven years ago, Fred Cabrera and Dave Eng rolled the dice on a dream—and what began as a shared love for games has grown into something so much bigger. Today, Banditos Gaming stands as a vibrant 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to play, community, and learning, transforming tables at Panera Bread and beyond into spaces of laughter, learning, and connection.

From day one, we’ve believed in the power of play to break barriers, bridge generations, and build lasting bonds. Whether you're dealing cards, rolling dice, or moving meeples, you're part of something meaningful.

As we celebrate this milestone, we’re filled with gratitude for our founders, leadership team, volunteers, and every single member who has joined us along the way.

And let’s not forget our impact beyond the table. Through our partnerships with incredible charities like Child’s Play, Meeples for Peeples, and Board Games for the Better, we're sharing the gift of play with those who need it most.
