📣 New Banditos Gaming Attendance Policy

In line with our mission to promote the activity of PLAY and encourage COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT through games, we’re rolling out a new attendance policy to better support our values and keep our events welcoming, fair, and fun for everyone.

👉 Why?

We believe games bring people together, build lasting friendships, and improve our overall well-being. To make sure our events remain secure, inclusive, and accessible for all, we need a reliable way to track and encourage participation.

🎯 New Attendance Policy (Effective August 1, 2025)

The new attendance policy is based on a point system. Players earn points based on if they RSVP and if/when they show up. Players that RSVP and show up on time are awarded the most points. Those that don’t show up at all are not awarded any points.

Points Breakdown

  • 🎯 RSVP’d and attended on time: 5 points.

  • ⌛ RSVP’d but did not attend on time: 3 points.

  • 🎲 Attended but did not RSVP: 1 point.

  • 👻 Absent (ghosted): 0 points.

RSVPs will be taken via our Facebook Group event chat or any method set by Fred Cabrera, our Founder & Director of Gaming Operations.

🏆 Incentives & Recognition

We’ll announce leaderboards monthly and annually to highlight our most active Banditos.

Expect special recognition and a Top Attendance Award for our top participating members.

All decisions will be made by the leadership team, with Fred Cabrera making final judgment calls as needed to ensure fairness and uphold our standards.

✅ Attend as many Banditos Gaming events as you can.
✅ RSVP—whether you’re planning to come or not.
✅ Share your estimated time of arrival (ETA) when you RSVP.
✅ Show up on time.
✅ Play wholeheartedly and engage with others.
✅ Host games if you’re able.
✅ And above all—be a good human.
