Coffee and Cardboard: Holiday Edition

An all-day gaming marathon and gift exchange

Banditos Gaming - your friendly neighborhood 501(c)(3) nonprofit - invites you to close out the year with a full day of board gaming and a gift exchange. Whether you're a casual player or a seasoned strategist, this event is for everyone.

What to expect

• Drop in anytime - stay for an hour or game all day. Eleven hours of tables means there is room for you whenever you get here.

• Play what you love, from light and accessible games to deep, brain-burning strategy titles.

• Swap a gift - our holiday exchange runs during the event. Details below.

• Meet fellow gamers - connect, compete, and collaborate.

• No experience needed. We'll happily teach anything on the table.

• Fuel up - Panera's got the coffee and food, we've got the games. Please support our host by making a purchase while you play.

The gift exchange

We're running a holiday gift exchange this year. The full rules are coming shortly - watch this page. Here is what we can tell you now: bring one wrapped gift, keep it modest, and be here when the swap starts. Add "gift exchange: yes" to your RSVP so we know how many to plan for. Not bringing a gift? Come anyway. The games run all day either way.

RSVP in the comments below - it matters!

An all-day event means people arrive in waves, and RSVPs are how we plan them. Your ETA tells us when to schedule game starts, which games to have ready, and how many tables we'll need at any given hour. The gift exchange adds one more reason - we can't set a swap time until we know who's in.

Please comment before the event using this format:

Name / Yes, No, or Maybe / ETA / Gift exchange: yes or no

Example: "Dave / Yes / arriving 11:00 AM, staying until 4:00 PM / Gift exchange: yes"

• Yes - Include your ETA. If you know roughly how long you'll stay, add that too - it helps us match you to games that fit your window.

• Maybe - Tell us when you'd likely swing by.

• No - Still comment! It helps us get an accurate headcount. Catch you next time.

• Gift exchange - Answer either way. If you're in, plan to be here at swap time.
